Worst incident, I was trying to get a shipment rerouted... did everything I was supposed to do, and they didn't do it. So I called in, got hung up on by one rep, finally got a supervisor. She patched me thru to the local UPS office, but stayed on the line. The local UPS rep proceeded to tell me to shut up or they wouldn't do anything for me. When she hung up, the supervisor gasped. Needless to say, she called the corporate office, and I had an apology later that day as well as a promise that woman would be on the street before the end of the day (not that I believe that, but it was still nice.)
OK, sorry, no more off topic.

Booms.

last Xmas we sent our packages out from wife's company using UPS. The stupid receptionist filled out the form incorrectly and put our home address (down the street) as it's destination instead of Las Vegas.
We called and they couldn't help get it re-routed. I thought that sucked. BUT, some smart worker routed it (probably by hand) to the proper city. Even the tracking software on their website had it coming back to us...but once it hit Salt Lake, I knew it would get to Vegas.
Smart "foot soldiers"! (g)
