The drivers are great people. They work their tails off and are paid very well. I'm just a corporate bean counter (actually on the Logistics side of the business) but I know that the drivers are the face of the company to the customer.

Yeah, I have to say that the phone support reps have not always been the best face for UPS; had a few tiffs with them. But the driver makes up for it.
