And we've got control of the ports and airstrip H-3 and the airstrip up North the 1,000 paratroopers from the 173rd just secured.

It can be turned easily into 2 strips. Supplies and armor and men will be flying in soon.

Heard on CNN (I know) that planes are flying in already at "regular" intervals.

I'm getting excited now...on way home from work I heard reports on CBS and ABC radio that there are "allegedly" about 1,000 Iraki "troops" on their way down the Euphrates to come and "see" us...apparently they don't have any REAL boats for transporting troops, so the Irakis are coming down the river in FAIRIES!! LOL---imagine all these little twinkly things carrying Iraki troops...how many troops can a fairy carry anyway?

I would really love to be a BUFF or some udder airborne weapons platform and just take a leisurly tour UP the river with nightvision and start straffing and lasing and dropping ordinance etc...how much fun would that be..on a bunch of fairies???

Let's Roll up the ribber...

Watching the NCAA tournament, CBS had a "War Headlines" where they showed video of the paratrooper jump last night. After seeing the D-Day jumps portrayed in Band of Brothers, I can't imagine how scary that must be. God bless them for serving our country.
