Since I have lived in Arkansas I have formed the opinion that it is definitely in the running for the most corrupt state in the country with some of the highest taxes combined with the poorest and most poorly educated citizens. I will leave it to those who have been here longer than I have to prove me wrong, but I blame it on the Clintons. They destroyed this state using it as their personal bank and personnel pool from which to draw people to do their dirty work. There signature is evident everywhere.
