mohnihan was often right, often wrong, but God knows he was an intelligent person.

And whether or not you agreed with him, you at least had to respect how he stood up for what he believed. Unlike what the flip flop parties of today are, Mohnihan was an honorable man. Condolences for his family

Yes. He came across as someone who got into politics to advance his ideas, as opposed to his stature.

I did, and actually voted for him once. And I respected him when I saw him on Meet the Press, when he said that if Clinton lied before a grand jury it would “certainly be an impeachable offense.”

Months later, I saw him conclude on television that it was beyond a doubt that Clinton had lied to the grand jury, but he would not vote to convict him.

It was then I realized that I had been had for the last time by a hypocritcal lying Democratic party hack.

Rest his soul though.

Yeah right like when he warned about kids having babies at 14 etc etc and then proceeded to VOTE FOR every damn welfare and socialistic bill that came down the pike.
I saw him on Capitol gang and his comments on guns were completely irrational
