Good example of a bad outcome. O'Conner still has a carrer, since we Americans (and conservatives) tend to have way too short memories. The only appropriate result is the end of the Dixie Chix career -- period. We need to make sure their next gig is the lounge at the Howard Johnson's outside of Duluth, and they stay there permanently.
