Either the find is a total lie, or we are witnessing one of the biggest moments in the past 10 years.

If by some miracle the report turns out to be true, it's still a PR disaster that the CBN was the first to report it...just stating reality, before I get flamed for trashing CBN. Even Fox would have been better.

God did send it, however, it just isn't their god (Allah)

Pat Robinson has no credibility with me. My friend was healed of an air-turbulance injury while watching the show. She claimed a word of knowledge that was given during prayer.
To: Freedomsfriend
Lots of less mainstream sources keep reporting supposed findings that later are denied by the Pentagon.
I doubt this is any different.
We will see.....

It probably will be denied by the military like all the other reports.

It has to be confirmed. I recall 2 airfields reported captured.Wrong. One was captured in the area they reported it in.We aren't bogged down either, God simply reminded us of the power of sand storms

CBN? 700 Club for HARD NEWS? Sorry to be skeptical, but I've heard this several times before... I see your point. However, Strand is embedded with the guys who allegedly found the stuff -- news-wise you can't get much harder than that. He may be reporting a rumor, but he's right on the spot.

God may be trying to tell them: The Iraqis can't use chemical weapons in this weather, and I'm giving you a window of opportunity to get the job done before they can.
To: John H K
Why are all you guys trashing CBN? They happen to be on our side. They have been way ahead of the "mainstream" press on many issues concerning Islam and Christian persecution.
To: rumrunner
I would put the front-line reporters of the US 3rd Army ID
to the site and boardcast it back to the public as soon as possible...Show the world on LIVE TV what they THINK, THINK they found..!!
Thhe SOONER THE BETTER, what do you all think ???

I really have no opinion about CBN. I do think that the downside of the "embedded reporter" idea, especially as far as some of these "CNN FNC wannabes" is concerned is the desire for a huge "scoop" supercedes anything like journalistic discretion.

This fierce sandstorm may yet be sent from God. Chemical weapons cannot be used when the wind is blowing that strongly. Not only would they not work well but the user would have no control over them. One other thing.
If you notice how our troops are deployed, the prevailiing wind blows from them back to the Iraqi positions.
Purely accidental I'm sure.

This may turn out to be the "scoop" of the War, or, just another let down. Having said that, I have no doubt that MANY rogue countries/forces/terrorists have gotten their hands on Russian equipment, having nothing to do with Russian government involvement. After the breakup of the USSR, I am sure alot of equipment got "lost" or never got destroyed. Its hard to keep track of all that inventory. I have read about the lax security at their old bioweapons factory. Scary indeed.

Christian Broadcasting Network.... First "Jerusalem Post finds Chemical Plant," now this.Am I correct in assuming that you trust Saddam's word more than the word of a fundamentalist Christian or a Zionist Jew?
