Not at all. If the patriotic fellow was on the company's clock, then the employer has every right to terminate his employment if they choose to. He was being paid to provide a service to the public, not to enter into political debates with the public.

I'd think Domino's Pizza doesn't consider you on the company's clock until you are on the company's clock.

I don't think you understood my post.

I agree with you, as anyone who understand what the right of free speech entails agrees with you.

The chicks have no more right to be free of private disapprobation and its consequences than the pizza man.

Chick defenders and certain others in recent days say their free speech is being infringed on if their are any reprisals by anyone.
