The question is...Is he real or is he Memorex? The answer is that he is really Jerry Haleva. The truth is that Jerry Haleva has been ruling Iraq for the past few years in the guise of Saddam Hussein.

Believe it or not,...there's an incredible amount of synchronicity in this conspiracy theory than meets the eye.
IMHO, world leaders aren't always just stupid.
Consider the behavior of many parties involved on both sides and consider what interests might be at stake to advocate certain positions over others.
Chirac, for instance. France has intelligence capacity. I have little doubt that the French understand the threat of terrorists being able to gain control of WMD from Iraq and use Iraq as a safe haven. The real question then becomes, why would they oppose the US so adamently to go this 'alone with Britain' (even though our coalition of 30 nations surpasses the alternate view with only a 20 nation withholdiing of support)?
France also has a substantial Muslim population and has dealt repeatedly with terrorists and assymmetric warfare with Algeria. Their present stance isn't consistent with their historical position, despite the jokes about WWII. It might be consistent with a socialist power structure which seeks to reinforce socialist victories worldwide regardless the consequences.
If Hussein indeed has been dead since '98 or '99 as some allege, would the behavior of Iraqi leaders and immediate juniors be consistent?
Hard to escape the preoccupation with dress to emulate Hussein. (Beret, sideburns, mustache, eyebrows,...paunch,...the entire Iraqi Army...hell, population, seems to be a Saddam lookalike contest.
Notice the repeated tactics to use counterfeit hostages to appear as soldiers, or counterfeit uniforms to appear as others, or counterfeit surrenders, or appeals to outright fear tactics to demand command.
These are all tactics of very junior inexperienced leaders with little professional wherewithal. Rather than face raw force and power issues to levy combat, they seek to first fool their opponent believing an incredibly easy success will follow.
Somewhere, these tactics have been observed by junior personnel and believed to be the way of the world of professional power masters. They're only successful if one has inherited power or has myopically focused on the local elements of power. They are instead,..foolish.
Consider the behavior of socialists worldwide.
Hillary Clinton and associates for example. These persons had access to intelligence to understand quite well what threats exist. Yet, they have chosen to employ outdated, stupid, Vietnam war styled tactics with the media and organized protestors to play the body politic.
The easist thing for them to have done was to play along,...afterall NY was attacked. No room for criticism, yet are we to believe the woman who commanded "Torch them!" when the Branch Davidians were under seige, now has suddenly become an advocate of peace when dealing with any religious extremism? Hardly consistent with her character (or lack thereof).
Interestingly, if Hussein had indeed died several years ago and the seconds merely are playing a control game, it nicely explains the behavior of senior leadership in Iraq and well as possibly 'informed' socialists throughout the globe.
IMHO, I suspect it isn't true, but I won't throw this Conspiracy Theory out until I can figure out why people like Hans Blix, the UN, the Clintons, Hollywood, France and Germany, and so many others ignore the obvious threats. I dare say they all have the mental capacities equal with those whom they oppose, and simple greed doesn't seem to explain the number of multiparty games ongoing.

I noticed that no one has added any comments lately but I came across this article and wanted to add mine~~~
I have been reading all of your comments and I dont rule out that Saddam could possibly be dead and have been dead for years, but I highly doubt it. Im sure that one of Saddams sadistic, immoral, selfish, inbred sons, either Qusay or Uday, would have taken advantage of their fathers death immediately. Who wouldnt want to? Theyd inherit more money, power and could be the next dictator of Iraq. They probably want(well I should say wanted now that theyre in hell)their father dead and would have definitely noticed if doubles have been impersonating their own father for years now. Im sure Saddam is still alive and possibly injured but hes keeping it low since hes on the verge of being blown up.
