CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - NASA may have to live with a risk factor of two catastrophes for every 113 shuttle flights, so it should limit its crew size and use robots and unmanned rockets whenever possible, a missile and rocket expert said Tuesday.

I read in National Review a few weeks back about the future of the space program. It agrued that NASA needed to find a better and more costly space vechicle. Our space program is a source of national pride and human advancement but we seem to be stuck in a bit of a rut.
