You appear to be referring to the non-specific paraffin tests used by the Serbs and Byelorussians at Racak - the Finns, who are not a member of NATO, btw, used a more precise method and it didn't support the Serbian government's position on the matter when the results came in.

You appear to be referring to the non-specific paraffin tests... Yup, those very same paraffin tests that apparently are so "non-specific" and useless that they were issued to the British Army while patrolling the Kosovo border.
