this post is spread all over the desert and has a relitivly small population...when I was working out on the east range of the fort in a isolated area, we would occasionally see these guys going thru the desert. I really dont think they were even aware they were on a military facility!!
Of course we would report report em to the security teams.

This Post IS spread all over the place, but is the third largest population center in Arizona. So - relative to what? Los Angeles? San Diego?
