Not true at all. Earlier I should have said I "think" those two stories are bogus. I can't prove #1 is false, but the only source is the man cited for the violation. #2 is just plain silly and was de-bunked by Marine Inspector, among others.
You can backpedal all you want - or try to "think" your way out of it. But I've spoken to Chris Simcox and Henry Harvey who were both present when Chris Simcox was detained by the Hispanic park ranger. The story you've heard related here is TRUE. What more do you need? Are you going to fly your ass out here to Cochise County and talk to them yourself before you accept the story as fact? Are you normally this dense!?
As for the second story, WHEN you fly your ass out here to Cochise County, I'll introduce you to retired Border Patrol agent David Stoddard and he can tell you or even SHOW you himself what he's talking about.
Again, you don't know what you're talking about - you're basically calling people liars because you don't "think" that the stories are true - despite evidence to the contrary. You are continuing your pattern of disruption and willful ignorance and adding nothing but idiotic noise to border security-related threads.
