I feel more pity for the poor schleps in the Iraqi army that just want to surrender then I could ever feel for such sanctimonious asses like these twits. I wouldn't allow the use of Western civilians as shields to deter targeting priorities for any amount. The final bill for pussy-footing around with all of this will be paid in allied troopers lives.
