You can't complain about Natalie Maines speaking up and then complain when Lance Armstrong sticks to cycling. If I want to discuss hill climbing strategy or blood doping, I'll talk to Lance. If I want insight on the war, I'll stick to FR.

Great point. Also, if he were against the war he'd say it in no uncertain terms, it would go over well with the Euroweenies. But they already hate him so much, he is taking the wise course. Please, Lance, win another Tour and piss off the frogs!

I agree. Celebs and sports figures should stick to what they do best: play dress up and pretend, sing and dance, and play games.
