Well, the ratio is still about 5,000 to 1 hoax to actual anthrax.

I still submit that "white powder envelopes" simply do not count as breaking news.

Your submission os rejected. White powder in a Senator's office with HAZMAT on the scene is breaking news, whether it turns out to be Anthrax or not.

If they evacuate the building I would consider it breaking news, even if it ends up being baking powder.
