i agree with heartlander-- manhole covers removed in the dead of night, by men with laptops? what more do we need to find these men suspicious, short of photographs of them having a beer with Osama bin Laden. I worry that the politically correct climate of this country is what makes authorities hesitant to detain men like this, for fear of "racial profiling" accusations.

Kind of like when a commander doesn't take "Anti-American" comments from a black Muslim soldier into account before that soldier turns against his own country and comes out shooting, huh? The POLITICALLY-CORRECT philosophy will eventually ruin America. That much, I am sure of. Wait another 20 years when it's been engrained into THOUGHT POLICING. The left has only started.....
