Tim Robbins -- Mr. Peace wants a piece of a reporter's head

As for Robbins, we said hello to him in a crush of partygoers that included his life partner, Susan Sarandon (both of them had displayed their deep commitment to nonviolence by holding up the two-fingered sign of peace at the Academy Awards). Robbins flashed a smile and jovially shook our hand -- Bob Roberts at a campaign stop. But when we mentioned that we'd had the pleasure of talking recently with 79-year-old Lenora Tomalin -- conservative Republican, George W. Bush supporter and wry observer of her daughter Sarandon -- his expression turned cold.
"Wait. You're the one who wrote about Susan's mother?"
Robbins narrowed his eyes and pursed his lips -- the secretly murderous neighbor in "Arlington Road."
"You wanted to be divisive and you caused trouble in my family," he went on -- the unjustly imprisoned banker in "The Shawshank Redemption." He added that it was especially low to have quoted Tomalin's speculation that he and Sarandon had politically "brainwashed" her grandson Jack Henry.
"At least you got Jeb Bush to call her -- that was great," Robbins spat -- the bitterly cynical studio executive in "The Player." He moved within inches and said into our ear: "If you ever write about my family again, I will [bleeping] find you and I will [bleeping] hurt you."

It is a strange thing to watch when a man like this blames the hysterical fits of his wife, and you know that is the source of his families disruption, on everyone but her.

He crossed Vanity Fair and that is a no-no. I can't wait for next month's issue when they will intelligently rip the moron up - they aren't the National Enquirer that people "pooh-pooh" - VF has become a respectable publication under Graydon Carter.

...and another thing, I played against whiney puss guys like this (I was the only female player in the league) and the best thing I could do was engage the bastard in the boards or in front of the net where I would embarass the hell out of them by putting them on their ass and the puck in the net. Being in LA, I have skated with and against many "Hollywood" types and for the most part, these guys just want to have fun and are pretty reserved. Any bastard who wants to draw attention to themself by throwing tantrums needs a good clock cleaning by someone who isn't a male - I am happy to skate a few shifts for any team playing against them.

So many "peace activists" are not peaceful inside. They are at war with their dark emotions and motivations. Frauds.Excellent observation. Naturally, it's excellent because it's one I often make myself. :-)

I think we have a new liberal buzzword definition. Been hearing it a lot from them.
"You wanted to be divisive.. "
Devisive - what you are anytime you are disagreeing with them.
