Wesley Clark. Those we told to "go home" went into Basra to force us into urban fighting which Saddam knows we do not want to do.

Actually, the "commander" of the 51st that surrendered to us was really a junior officer trying to get better treatment. The real CinC was still in Basra with most of the 51st. Apparently many of these are loyal Saddamites.
