"Germany overextended resources. Stalled in seige and was routed.
You ever hear of air resupply?"
Woaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Hold on there.
Iraq is the ones who face Germany's problem in Stalingrad. Isolated in the city, NO air supply. No weapons nor reloads. No friendly relief troops.
Germany at least had discipled troops and 80-150 tons per day of air supply: now, we can bring more in just a few C-17 loads than they could in a week using 2 engine Junkers and the very slow Mamouth glider/6 engine jobs!
BUT WE DON'T HAVE TO USE AIR SUPPLY.
The US/UK forces aren't isolated in the center of the city and don't need to fight into the city to win.
We only need to make sure Saddamn doesn't get out. (Alive.)

Yes, we have the airlift capability to resupply, even on unsurveyed runways. I'm guessing most of the runways or areas that are the best for this resupply have already been surveyed by USAF SPECOPS.
