OTTAWA (Reuters) - The U.S. ambassador to Canada took the unusual step on Tuesday of openly criticizing Ottawa for not backing the war on Iraq and urged Prime Minister Jean Chretien to muzzle anti-U.S. sentiment in his government.

re: Canada.. I usually make a dozen yearly trips there.. Shakespeare Festival in Stratford, Shaw Festival in NOTL, to Niagara for biking,kayaking, Niagara on lake for other touristy stuff. The 20,000+ that was spent there normally will either be spent in US or England. I have nver been to GB. I am really PO'd their leadership has turned their backs on us...
