Understood, but it doesn't seem like turning off the lights over a few square blocks in Baghdad would cause a humanitarian disaster for the civilian population, getting Iraqi propaganda off the air would be worth it, and we could transmit from the air after we take Baghdad until we get replacement parts into the TV station.
