Just heard a radio report that someone is on Iraqi tv reading a letter from SH telling his forcesnow is the time to attack our troops. B-dad booming again.

If Sadam is still in control of Iraq and his military as Aziz said yesterday, WHY is someone reading a letter via tv to his troops???
