Thanks, I just got through listening to the nightly news, they would have you think that only US forces have been killed, wounded and/or captured.

Kind of ironic that to get the news, without political left wing bias, you have to go to Tiawan and other countries news sites.

Sad commentary for todays press in the US of A.

I wonder why the the picture of the little girl has her feet "blured" out? It looks to me that she is missing her feet. If this is the case then it seems to me much more likely that she died from a mine rather than a bomb.

The unedited one was posted here yesterday, and yes she was missing much of her leg below the knee.

I don't have much knowledge of mines in combat, but a little girl like that I would have thought would have fared much worse against an anti-personel mine.

Please keep in mind the fact that all the useless anti-aircraft ordnance the Iraqi's have been shooting over Baghdad has to land somewhere. Baghdad is a city of some 5 million people. Short odds that the stuff they've been shooting into their own air has been causing most of these civilian casualties.
