If it's addressed to someone, it'll get to them. They won't allow packages addressed to "Any Servicemember" to be delivered...actually, I don't think the post office will even accept it.

The DoD email is just trying to stop people from broadcasting real servicemember addresses on the internet for just anyone to send to.

That's my understanding, anyway...

That makes sense..I was afraid they were thinking of security reasons and possibly contamination issues. (my mind must be working overtime thanks to all the negative news..)
