Shrug.
The French don't make Stilton (The King of Cheeses) so I don't care. Other than camembert and brie, I am totally unaware and unimpressed with whatever other kinds France may try to make.

Allow me to recommend Tillamook Cheeze, produced on the beautiful Oregon Coast, and Oregon wine, produced here in Yamhill County. And for you folks that actually eat snails, Oregon banana slugs--the black angus of escargo.
