Good news - but 37 million! That is why our nation is in so much trouble.

What's the difference between Roman Polanski and the guy that kidnapped Elizabeth Smart?
One of them received an Oscar.

Viewers were down considerably and some recipients booed. The new Hollywood.

The Oscars were on last night? How about that.

In addition to "Take your Daughter to Work Day" we need a "Take your TV to the Range Day". This kills two birds with one stone: It instills marksmanship in our youth while removing a dangerous source of misinformation from their lives.

37 million out of 250 million?
I'm certainly not concerned.

You can lead people to Hollyweird's annual freak show, but you can't make them watch...

I refused to watch. I did read here on FRee Republic about Moore getting booed. I even saw a replay later on another TV channel. Suprisingly, most who have reported on this (liberals, included) thought that it was a disgrace. Moore looked real creepy, too. The new look of Hollywood. Ha, ha, ha. Hollywood can have him. But fer sure, Hollywood doesn't mind an egotistical fool, (it's full of 'em) so long as they look great and are well-groomed. Ha, ha, ha. Moore thinks that he looked and sounded great!!!

Yes - good - but 37 million who CARE about the Oscars.....how many were watching Fox News at this time? How many attended Pro-America rallies this weekend? Just as an example. I am concerned. 37 million is what FEEDS the "animal" - the CBSNBCABCCNN monster. WIsh it were 1 million. But that wishing won't get it done. We have alternative TV press now - thanks to Fox. Would to God we had a few more just like her. Let's really get that Vast Right Wing Conspiracy going - on TV as well as on the Internet and Radio!

I know I didn't watch and neither did my family. Although I would have liked to have seen that anti-american pile of fat get booed. heh, eat it, Moore!

"Viewership has only been that low twice since 1974." Perfectly understandable, with this turd in the punchbowl:

Hyams said, "but it's still going to be one of the highest-rated, if not the highest-rated, entertainment shows of the year." Yet another PROUD "best of the worst" boast....what idiots these people really are!

Fronm Drudge:
Lowest ratings ever.ABC'S AIRING OF OSCARS PLUNGES TO 25.4 RATING/37 SHARE, ACCORDING TO OVERNIGHTS, DOWN FROM LAST YEAR'S RECORD-LOW SCORE OF 29.1/47. UNBELIEVABLY, LAST MONTH'S 'JOE MILLIONAIRE' REACHED HIGHER SHARES IN SOME MARKETS, DEMOS THAN OSCARS. FINAL RATINGS AVAILABLE LATER. CONTROVERSIAL AIRING OF SHOW AT HEIGHT OF WAR EXPERIENCED NIELSEN STRESS ON NEARLY EVERY LEVEL. 'IT WAS A DIFFICULT SITUATION... WE ARE GLAD IT IS BEHIND US,' SAID TOP NETWORK SOURCE... MORE...

What did little Mikey say that got him booed? This is the first I've heard about it so you know I did'nt watch.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
I chose to watch our troops and FNC. Did anyone wear duct tape on their clothes or anything else stupid to protest the President?
