How much longer is his term? The more he talks the more it seems that the only reality he lives in is the one in which he is supreme commander of the money from the "Oil for Food" program.

How much longer is his term? I asked in frustration.

Then I went to find out:

Elected for a five-year term that began in January 1997, and re-elected for a second five-year term that began in January 2002.

Sigh...

RIGHT. It's all about the UNs "Oil for Food" program. The big bucks they rake in to administer it and pay hundreds of unemployables to staff the program. Real kicker is the billions are kept in French banks who also benefit.
