The report (MSNBC) didn't say division. They said 100,000 Troops to the same amount of Iraqi Troops, including the Medina Unit.

just heard excellent report from an embed reporter interviewing a US Marine Lt.

Q: How would you rate the Iraqis you came up against?
A: Poor. Many gave up immediately, some put up resistence. The resistence was poor and as soon as they realized what they were up against, the rest gave up.
