They might be strangling a cat,,I was in Morocco once and heard that call out of my hotel window and nearly had a stroke. Hated Morocco,,the men creeped me out.

I was really trying to sound like a strangled cat while demonstrating for my daughter, but my voice is a little husky. Couldn't get that high pitched nasal sound! ;-)
