Gee, didn't Dr. Blix and the UN inspectors as well as the French and Germans tell us there weren't any of these nasty things in Iraq? I thought the inspections got them all found. Surprise surprise! </sarcasm>

You must have not read the entire article or you would have caught this sentence.
"Officials stressed that no chemical or biological weapons were stored at the command centers that have been attacked thus far in the campaign. The Iraqis have denied having such weapons."
They found NO CHEMICAL WEAPONS at this site. They only seized command posts from which possible chem strikes could be authorized from, if Iraq has chem/bio weapons. So, as far as we know, no chem/bio weapons have been found yet. Those troops were just making sure that, if they do exist, it will be much harder for Saddam to use.
