I think Waffa's a cutie. But my current fave rave wannabe pop star is American Idol contestant Julia DeMato, who has barely escaped the ax for two straight weeks. She has a great voice, but hardly any stage presence, and doesn't seem to have the killer instinct to be a star -- which isn't necessarily a bad thing, in the long view.

Boy, I hope she does better this Tuesday than she did last week.

You know she will just get "hollywood-ized" if not already. COme on there are a large number of cute conservative "babes" who don't mind ya calling them babe. And they shave under their arms and can actually hold conversations on things other than shoes, makeup, and can say President Bush without hate in their voice.
