Too fast, Pilgrim!
They have to follow the Code of Military Justice.
He has confessed. He will be charged.
He will be provided an military attorney.
He will be given a court-martial.
He will be tried before a panel of officers.
He will be found guilty of several counts of murder and/or attempted murder.
He will be busted in rank.
And he will be very likely shot by firing squad in Kuwait or Iraq.
He will never see his family or friends again. His name will be a disgrace to the Army and to the 101st.

A firing squad is too good for the traitorous SOB. -
But it will have to do...

The firing squad is too good for him. They should use a grenade instead. Scumbag traitors like this piss me off. Thank God the Code of Military Justice applies and not the Federal Rules of Criminal Proceedure, where they would concoct some cockamamie insanity plea and it would take a few years to execute this treasonous bastard.

His name will be a disgrace to the Army and to the 101st His name will be earsed from the Honerable 101st Airborne tah fell before, after, and because of him.
God rest and welcome the victim of his treachery and see over the others in their time of need.
