The Sky News fellow is either being a shmuck because he wants to keep his status there in Iraq, or he is under duress. He does sound increasingly more shrill, but I can't figure out exactly why.

On Fox this morning, the guy they were interviewing had to tow the Iraq line in his reporting of these supposed downed pilots in the river. Fox person asked him if he could answer questions, and he would reply if he couldn't answer it and answered that he had a minder with him always.

Yep. The most honest reporting from that location: FN - Chris Jumpelt in Baghdad: Asked by a FN reporter, "Chris, do you have a minder with you?" Chris: "At all times, Sir."
