I tried a few months ago, it is insanely hard. Dunno if you tried the patch, but it works like a CHAMP. You just have to stay out of close proximity of other smokers for it to really work for you...that's what did me in (g/f didn't want to quit just yet). One of these days, I'll quit for real.

Went to the gym today to relieve stress,,the war was on at the gym. You shoulda seen the aerobic room,,all the guys keptcursing the tv,,it was cnn. Odd, you are on the treadmill hearing all this profanity,,made me proud to be an american,,Louisiana is very pro war.
