In all my thinking of this, that he is black has not entered into my thinking. I thought Arab- /American--especially because of the connection to the fatwah in Cairo this morning. It isn't race that we should focus on. It is profiling muslims. We shouldn't confuse ourselves by focusing on his race--whatever it is. I am not absolutely sure from that picture that he is black.

I don't think that the fact that posters are pointing out that he is a black Muslim is a reflection of racism, but rather a way of distinguishing the particular brand of Islamic insanity. The Farrakhan freaks, predominantly black, have a different underlying agenda than Arab types. They are both evil to the core
