Won't it be easier to hit them if they come out of their bunkers?

Some of them have to dig out from under the rubble that were the bunkers. Which is difficult when you are dead.

The expensive bunkers were built by the Germans. Who were well paid by Iraq. And likely pretty well paid by us to provide the schematics and co-ordinates for them.

I think Saddam started worrying when the Krautmunchers showed him the floorplans for the 'Adolf' model.
