We need to make sure O'Reilly and Hannity, Rush and Savage, and the rest of the conservative media push this issue and do not let it go.

They are probably delaying the report until the ACLU lawyers obtain a name change for their new client -- Tim Mcvay (previously Mohammad Abdullah Muhammad).
