Individuals in my unit and myself had to testify as expert witnesses in several court martials on fragings. Most of them were the results of people getting caught involving drugs and were usually rear area units.

Kuwait would qualify as a rear area, but would they have been there long enough to have an established drug trade involving locals yet? This could get interesting as it develops. Assuming we ever hear what the result is.
