Most hispanics wouldn't categorize themselves as being 'black' as black is known in America. I get Latina magazine and there are all shades of hispanics. Are Brazilians black or white? Most Brazilians are mulatto, or some other mixed race, but they're really considered white. The liberals love to use this tool to get whatever they want. And they call conservatives racists.
