I tried all the Al Jazeera links and no luck. I'd get "Couldn't find the file," "Stream at capacity," and "Aaccess denied."

However, It seemed I came close with this link called Tv4all. They claim to have about 270 TV feeds worldwide. I found Foxnews through them until somebody or too many people found the link.

Al Jazeera is base in Qatar. TV4all categorizes the TV links by country.

I haven't been able to get any of the Al Jazeera links to work, nor have I been able to get Saudi TV. I think their servers have melted under the load.

I can't find any active links for Fox News. The best I could do was WSVN, out of Miami; when there is breaking news, they carry Brit Hume, Tony Snow, and Fox Shepherd. Also: MSNBC had much better feeds yesterday [Friday]. They've been broadcasting blank signals for much of the day today [Saturday]. Try some of the lower feeds [4 - 11]; you might get lucky.

Another feed that's been dead is Sky News video. Sky News audio is fine, however.

Kudos to CSPAN; they have really big pipes [that's geek talk for "bandwidth"].

Another tip is to try the low speed links. For instance, I can't get the medium-speed WBNS [Columbus, Ohio] link, but the low-speed link works just fine [and comes in at a very high-speed rate of 246 Kbits per second].
