MSNBC just showed Tom Brokaw almost crying as he talked to the Mom of one of the soldiers who were killed, and when they went to black, the words "May God Bless America" came on the screen, and a series of shots of soldiers, standing and holding weapons, scrolled across the screen, then the words "Our Hearts Are With You" came on, then slow fade to black, and the logo of MSNBC came on.

I was really amazed, and moved.

This may pose a big problem in Baghdad with random people firing RPGs and such at the troops when they go in. We may have another big raid tomorrow to soften these guys up.

There is all sorts of sniper-type fire in Basra. The CNN reporter just said he's got to move and get in a safer place.

Something is on fire down the road. I suppose this is an Iraqi tank. Whatever it is, it just got blown up.

Regarding the 7th Cavalry (CNN) it looks like the main opposition forces have left. They're just blowing up old tanks.

Basara second largest people. So far, friendly to US forces.

Looks like bad guys left which is why they brought reporters in.
