These are the kind of people that the liberals embrace and support while spitting on their own country. Their "for the children" crap is transparent and worthless. They don't care about Iraqi, Afghani, and U.N. atrocities against kids.

Another thorny issue - that of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee president Uday Hussein, the son of Saddam Hussein - has been put aside as well.

The London human rights organisation Indict has presented the IOC with a damming report about Uday Hussein's inhumane treatment of some of his country's top sportspeople.

Indict claims that Uday Hussein was a sadist and tortured one athlete for 18 hours a day and that in 1989 he ordered the Iraqi football team have their heads shaved and be beaten with baseball bats after losing a game. The organisation also claims that he made athletes crawl on hot, freshly poured asphalt, while a basketballer was once caged with wild dogs.

"It is inconceivable that a national Olympic committee that maintains its own prison and torture chambers could remain a member in good standing of the Olympic movement," Indict said in its formal complaint.

But IOC sources said it was extremely unlikely that Uday Hussein or the Iraqi Olympic Committee would face action

Uday Hussein, the other of Saddam Hussein's sons whose exile was demanded by Bush, also brushed off the U.S. demands, calling Bush "a person who is not completely capable or fit."

"The proposal should be that Bush leaves office in America, he and his family," Uday Hussein said in a statement issued by his office. "The wives and mothers of those Americans who will fight us will weep blood, not tears." They should not imagine that they will have a safe spot inside the land of Iraq or outside it."

Saddam's son, Uday Hussein, said Bush was stupid. He said Bush wanted to attack Iraq because of his family. And he said American boys would die.

Bump for the listing of Uday's crimes and your observation of the left's hypocrisy.

Uday has likely died--either from a guard's gun butt ("cerebral hemorrhage") or 10,000 lbs of our precise HE.

Now being greeted by Satan with some remark such as, "You're late, b!tch."
