I have to agree with you. He's a babbling idiot. He cannot form a complete sentence, and I think it is worth remembering the next time you hear some silly liberal saying that Dubya is stupid that the same people think the incoherent booze addled Teddy Kennedy is a brilliant guy think that President Bush is not too bright.
