My experience with middle class Mexicans has been always positive.

I met several Mexican students during my college undergrad years, and I still keep in touch with three of them.

Everytime I visit Mexico City, I have an open invitation to their homes. I have met their families and friends, and all of them were strong admirers of Americans.

As a matter of fact, I have always felt at home while visiting Mexico. My Mexican friends have been helpful in teaching me to avoid street criminals and tourist traps.

Ask your friends their opinion of the US or our war on terror or Iraq. Better yet, ask them if we deserved 9/11.

There in is the differnce - you met "middle class" Mexicans. They are staying in Mexico City running businesses. That is NOT who we have invading us.
