Black liberals need to respond to insult of Rice by Baraka

LeRoy Jones, A.K.A. Amiri Baraka, well-known black racist, disapproves of all blacks who are part of American Society and Culture. Unlike this ugly, twisted, evil man, Ms. Rice has risen quite high, is beautiful, talented, intelligent and politically savy. She is also conservative. This makes her all the things Baraka hates to see in black people. He wants them all to be like him - a vicious, anti-white, hostile misanthrope whose sole claim to fame is is ability to pen scatological and otherwise obscene verses about whites, America and American society.

Mr. Baraka was appointed New Jersey Poet Laureate by that mental pygmy occuping the New Jersey State House, James E. McGreevy.

Robert Cataliotti, an associate professor in Coppin's department of humanities and media, said Baraka was paid for his appearance, and he defended his being invited to speak.

"[Baraka's] a major figure in the development of African-American literature," Cataliotti said. "I'm not here to judge the content of his poem. He has the right as an American to express his opinion."

And when, exactly, did these morons get the right to have us PAY for them to express their opinions?!?!?!

Baraka certainly has the right to make his racist, demagogic, and hateful statements, thus proving all the more what a bigoted racist he is. But it is also true that liberal blacks have the right to refute and disavow it, which they should do if they wish to retain any credibility.

This is just another thread in the sorry tapestry of the public life of Baraka. He proves yet again that he is nothing more than a street punk, a mental midget compared with the intellectual brilliance and accomplishments of Dr. Condoleeza Rice, someone Baraka and his ilk would do well to emulate rather than denigrate.

There is a psychosis in this country. A hatred of anything that is good in this country. A desire to support anything which is evil or destructive or hateful. It is something like the insanity that drives someone to go "postal" and kill innocent people.

These lunatics are sawing off the limb they are sitting on. The system they despise is what supports them, and enables them to speak as they do, and to plot as they do.

They have convinced themselves that there is no point to life, and they have bought the lie that the United States is somehow responsible for that feeling. The feeling comes from inside them, but they externalize it. And they want to destroy everything and everyone.

The black radicals want to kill the whites. The white radicals want to kill all of the whites who don't buy their Marxist principles. The press wants to put them all on TV. The politicians want to make them poet laureates and professors at our universities, and of course, politicians.

The rest of America needs to stop watching "Everybody Loves Raymond" and "Friends", and start confronting these lunatics. Support and encourage people of all races and backgrounds who speak with reason and are not filled with the venom of these destructive vipers. When someone speaks the truth, stand with them. When someone tries to tear our country down, stand against them.

They did respond, they laughed, giggled, tittered and applauded when Baraka said it. They gave him thunderous applause and a standing ovation.

It's not black liberals that need to respond, it's all right-thinking Americans (black, white, red, yellow, purple with pink polka dots...) who need to respond to this crap!
