No-one in our group is expert at detecting false visas, although several of our members are ex-LEO and ex-military intelligence.
As for another poster's statement: The sheriff said the couple had picked out their assailants from photos. Couldn't have been mug shots as neither RR member has a criminal record. One is ex-LEO. Had to be photos taken on a surveillance of our operation. Not unusual. What is strange is that the couple wouldn't sign a complaint so the sheriff did it based on the word of two admitted criminals. We now have word from someone considered very reliable (the LEO's listen to him) that the sheriff was working in collusion with the Mexican consul to set up the scenario in order to shut us down.
This is not too unbelievable. The Mexican consuls around the country have encouraged illegals here to violate the law and have themselves posed as agents of the U.S. government in order to aid criminal aliens caught in the commission of a crime in this country.
And a note to those who have already convicted the RR members: Don't be in a rush to judgement. Your a** could be in the same predicament some day. Do you want the jury to hear all the facts before reaching their verdict? Think about it!!
