I think I heard the same thing Wednesday and Thursday.
To: BunnySlippers
No other info given. I heard it at around 9:40AM eastern. Took me a while to decide whether to post. It could be nothing, disinfo OR,,,remember that wave of B52's taking off from Fairford this AM? Speculation was they'd arrive between 10-11 this morning....
Hmmmm...

If the senior Republican Guard officials don't surrender in the next 3 or 4 hours, S&A will likely follow, IMO.

Here come the B-52's.

Nic Robertson (CNN) and Peter Arnett (CNBC) better keep the porta-potties close.
Let's Roll SnA.

Speculation was they'd arrive between 10-11 this morning.... 8 or 9 PM Iraqi time. Sounds about right.
Reports were that Republican Guard strongholds around Baghdad were going to be hard in the next step.

Yep, we've heard the same thing the past two days. They know that Saddam & Co. are watching the news channels, I wouldn't be surprised if the Pentagon is yanking the presstitutes' collective crank with this.
I still think "shock and awe" will mainly occur off-camera, where our troops are fighting, and not in downtown Baghdad, at least not until our troops get there. But what do I know?

Yes.
SkyNews.com had a live video report of the BUFF's taking off about 4:30 CST. (my time)
That would put them somewhere in Iraq around 10:30 CST

Can someone post some live feed links, e.g., fox, sky news, msnbc, etc.

It IS odd that ONLY CNBC is making the call this morning. I was just getting ready to go out shopping for munchies in case the B-52's were making a real run. Now I don't know whether to go get chips and pop, or just make do with popcorn...
