My worry is that the photo was staged to add a little more fuel to the anti_Bush fire, as in....see what we've done to this poor little boy.

My heart goes out to him, don't get me wrong, I just worry that he might have been used as a pawn

I would say around 80%+ of all photos are staged. Staged or not, it is still incredibly powerful. That is the important part.
