Well, I think they meant "reprisals." They don't want Shia vs. Suni stuff, or bloody revenge taken against the Baath (sp?) Party, etc. If Sadaam is down, we want peace in the streets.

If Sadaam is down, we want peace in the streets. This is why the formal surrender and pictures of the Republican Guard with their hands up won't come until our forces reach Baghdad.
